You will most likely be receiving a Counteroffer. This form is what we call an exception form. The only information on this form is what the seller does not agree to. You can accept the counteroffer, or you can counter the counteroffer. If you want us to Write the Counteroffer for you go to the link in our package and we can do that. Nothing is binding until the final Counteroffer is signed by all parties with no further Counteroffers. Once the final Counteroffer is signed you are “Under Contract”. As soon as you have a fully executed Purchase Contract send a copy to your lender and let them know you are ready to go.
